It has been a long time since I last updated my blog. Been busy in real life. That is just one excuse, secondly it is more to finding the right idea for my second life photography art and the story to it. After more than 2 months of balancing avatar, person and the idea of my next post. I have got it. With the recent event of Enhancement, I so loves. It brings out the childhood memories of mine with these stories. I do hope they have more of these Fun fairy tale events. Lights.. Camera.. Action.. Drama.. AHH! Drama is unavoidable in Second Life; there is always something made up, something out of nothing. I guess this what makes the world goes around both virtual and real. People are always watching, people are always judging; this what makes most of us hide and conceal ourselves wearing a mask. In this case, our avatars. The only viewers seeing this through the lens are our own eyes. therefore, not forgetting an important message, I always remind myself.  Only you know the real you. United Colors Latest Release from UberSL  I am very proud of this outfit designed by a special friend. I love how the chains and sexiness added with raw intensity through the spikes that protrudes from it. It speaks of volume like I'm sexy or this is sexy but you cannot touch. If you try to, you will be hurt yourself through the sharp spikes embedded into this fabric. Congratulations United Colors for this marvelous design. Collabor 88 April Event I admit that I do have more works kept compared to the ones that I have displayed. Always felt it was not good enough, not that I have missed out those events; believe me I am so in love with such environment. My biggest challenge is fighting to get into a full sim after multiple tries of trying to teleport in - just to get the latest scope and attire. I am a blogger, but I am not tied to any designers. This is because of the freedom I enjoy in working on my arts; I believe in quality over time frames - I really cannot keep up with the deadlines. Second Life Art requires me to get into the mood, to feel the avatars and the type of emotions I want to invoke. Day by day, I am slowly learning and speeding up my works. I proud to announce that this took me a day to complete - compare to a week or two or sometimes grrrr, I end up tearing my entire works and just chuck it aside. Happy Chinese New Year and may the year of the monkey brings you an abundance of joy and opportunities ahead for all. It was not easy coming up with this look but I thought i give it a try. Being Asian myself, we tend to study our Chinese animal signs cross with Bazi, to prepare ourselves every year. It is like a bucket list on what to do and also, a guide to improve ourselves through good times or bad times. Today's look was an aim to create a Chinese princess assassin. In which I stacked the accessories on my head to create the Ming dynasty look. By the way, you should so visit Beijing, it was breath taking. It has been a long time, since I have last updated my blog. A lot of changes has happened. I guess, it was just another case of running out of ideas. When I came back to Second Life, I was surprise to see the level of avatar advancement and the best part - being a noob again. I enjoyed the reading, the tutorials on Mesh Avatars. It took me a while for me to be converted into a full mesh, the hardwork I have put on in creating my avatar shapes and so forth. Nevertheless, I welcome the excitement of change. First off, a special credit of this picture goes to Yaboos, whom I have met in the East sim. She truly gave me the inspiration on SL photography without a full reliance on photoshop. Premadonna fashion style Today's post I plan for a Madonna fashion theme, from her video 'Like a Virgin'; throwing together vintage necklace from League, bought during Vintage Fair 2011 and bell bottom jeans from a Fashion For Life event this year. Winter has finally landed for the very first time in Vampire Island , home to one of the oldest clan in CCS: Drakula Vampire Family  . The view is simply breath-taking and for today's post, I have decided to try out photoshop again with backgrounds; since I have been playing it safe with using white backgrounds. I am currently designing my line of makeup, in which I have no idea what to brand my collection yet. But I know my first designs will be based on a Winter look. My very first eyeshadow creation, OMG my hats off to the designers in SL, it really taught me how to be patient!. It took me hours to get it right and understand how to make the perfect eyeshadow. I am still designing the rest, so I haven't open my little store in the Marketplace but soon I will.
