My Confession - Chilly

Winter has finally landed for the very first time in Vampire Island, home to one of the oldest clan in CCS: Drakula Vampire Family . The view is simply breath-taking and for today's post, I have decided to try out photoshop again with backgrounds; since I have been playing it safe with using white backgrounds.

I am currently designing my line of makeup, in which I have no idea what to brand my collection yet. But I know my first designs will be based on a Winter look.

My very first eyeshadow creation, OMG my hats off to the designers in SL, it really taught me how to be patient!. It took me hours to get it right and understand how to make the perfect eyeshadow. I am still designing the rest, so I haven't open my little store in the Marketplace but soon I will.

 had a little problem with the hair earlier because Second Life (SL) was being mean with one of my transaction at Matrieya Island. I confessed, I was devastated because my money was deducted and the item was not in my inventory, so I wrote to Onyx LeShelle and I got it when I woke up, she is such a gem. Thank you sweetie.


This winter look, I have decided to go for something innocent, simple with a little twist of sexiness; paring a blend of white and grey with fish net stockings and a sexy boot.

FYI- i only added shadow, a little lighting- the rest is not edited.

Simple, Sweet and yet Festival, I chose a EarthStones Bells 'n Holly Necklace - Silver to add a little color to give it a slight contrast to my current outfit.

Story of my Second Life

Lights.. Camera.. Action.. Drama.. AHH! Drama is unavoidable in Second Life; there is always something made up, something out of nothing. I guess this what makes the world goes around both virtual and real. People are always watching, people are always judging; this what makes most of us hide and conceal ourselves wearing a mask. In this case, our avatars. The only viewers seeing this through the lens are our own eyes. therefore, not forgetting an important message, I always remind myself.  Only you know the real you. Sands of Time

Sunrise to a new era My, my. How time flies. First off, I have started Second Life since May 25, 2009. It was a joke to me at first when I've met my rl friend who spoke about such things; Mind you I've found it to be ridiculous at first. After a few months later, I decided to give it a try. And here I am, fast forward close to 7 years later. I am still here - Occasional off and on RL of course. I am sure, a lot of people would have experienced quite the similar cycles of this second life. The new beginnings of a friendship, the lovers, the heart broken, tragedy, marriages and even death. I never expect to still be in SL after all this time. Though, I can tell you this; that it is not an escape from my RL. But, it is my little rabbit hole to connect with my old friends over the years.
